Great dentist horrible receptionist

This is by far one of the best dentists I have been to. But the receptionist makes you rather wish you pulled your teeth out yourself so you did not have to come in. I was driving here from over an hour away and got a harassing and very rude phone call from the receptionist. There was another instance where I was on my way to this office and my brake line blew out so obviously being sane I pulled over and brought the car straight to a mechanic. Without breaks continuing on your way you would be incredibly dumb, well I called to reschedule my appoint and this receptionist told me "You need to call 24 hours ahead of time" So I decided to tell her exactly what had happened. I was then told "That's not an excuse for breaking the appointment." If you want to have a good dentist appointment without having to deal with a rude old woman I suggest staying far away from this. I know I will be switching dentists but I wish I did not have to as the dentist himself is very good. At this point I just think that the receptionist has lost him a lot of business and just does not want to do her job.
